You are being a pest, and no matter how much you are telling this person about this they are probably NOT going to take it down. You can bitch and complain and shove all of the damn rules in my face and try to insult me with subjects that are not even related to this. I know the damn rules, yet there are STILL a LOT of people on here who do this. As long as they give the proper credit, it doesn't count as petty art theft to me. AND DON'T YOU DARE SAY THAT'S STILL THEFT! What about fan art, huh? Even though that they don't own the characters and still give the proper credits, it TOTALLY makes it illegal, right? Fuck. That. Besides, they probably don't know a lot of English anyway, so they don't know what you.re saying in the first place. Don't reply to this. You'll only cause an unneeded war.
Your comment BLEEDS ignorance. I'm sorry, but it's true. But I agree, there is no use telling the user to take it down. The deviation is just about two years old. Also, fanart is not theft as long as it is originally drawn and not sold(at least not US things. Japanese copyrights are looser.)
I'm so sorry about being rude. I just really don't like people who are like that. Yes, you are very right. I know about fan art, I was just trying to make a point. It was supposed to be read in sarcasm. :,D
That's not an excuse for stealing work. If she wants to share them fine. But put them in scraps, not in an actual art category. That is against dA policies, and she technically should be banned for it.
